EAST-MAN PTO operated mobile fuel dispenser with preset & micro printer works on Power Take Off model. In this application, the tank truck (Diesel Bowser) must be pre-fitted with a P.T.O. (Power Take Off) system.
This system is generally provided by the truck manufacturer to handle
hydraulics or other power applications. If it is not fitted in the truck, then it is to be
procured from the manufacturer or from the market in accordance with the model or make of
the truck.
The supplied items are to be fitted by any skilled fabricator on the truck
chassis in accordance with the enclosed sketch (PTO Mechanism).
The Auxiliary Gearbox P.T.O. of the truck, which provides torque for the 100 LPM Internal Rotary Gear Pump which pumps the fuel to the meter, is controlled by the Electronic Kit which is installed in the panel of the unit. Product quantity is accurately measured by a Legal Metrology India-approved EAST-MAN electronic flow meter which is fitted with an inlet strainer, air eliminator, and NRV.

EAST-MAN 12V DC Mobile Fuel Dispenser comes with a 12V battery, which can be trickle charged from the vehicle charging system, and provides power for the 35 LPM electric pump unit which is started and stopped by the MCB Switch. The compact unit comprises a 12V DC battery-operated pump, meter, and hose reel which, when required, can quickly be mounted in the back of a van, pick-up, or drop-side truck together with an IBC or small demountable tank and deployed for delivery.
The flow in the product is accurately measured and approved by Legal Metrology India and
flow meter which is fitted with an inlet strainer, air eliminator, and NRV.
In this 12 DC Mobile fuel dispenser, the oil will be dispensed through an 8m x 20mm delivery hose which terminates with a 1” dispensing nozzle and is stowed neatly on a Manually Operated Hose Reel.

EAST-MAN 220V AC Mobile Fuel Dispensing System is a self-contained, demountable
fuel dispensing unit which has been designed to meet the needs of fuel
distributors whose customers require low volume ‘Metered’ deliveries of fuel into sites
where it may not be cost-effective or practical to send a conventional fuel delivery tanker.
The compact unit comprises a 220V AC Transfer Pump, EAST-MAN positive
displacement flowmeter and Hose Pipe with AutoShut Nozzle which, when required, can
quickly be mounted anywhere it is impossible to use a conventional Tanker, and
deployed for delivery.
