EAST-MAN P.T.O. Operated Mobile Fuel Dispenser is a self contained, demountable fuel dispensing unit which has been designed to meet the needs of fuel distributors who’s customers require ‘Metered’ deliveries of fuel into plant equipment, building sites, mining sites, generators, boats, green houses etc.

EAST-MAN P.T.O. Operated Mobile Fuel Dispenser, when required, can quickly be quickly deployed for delivery. Flow Meter, Nozzle & Hose Reel are fitted in a Lockable Box.The Auxiliary Gearbox P.T.O. of the truck, provides torque for the 100 LPM Internal Rotary Gear Pump which pumps the fuel to the meter.

Product quantity is accurately measured by a Legal Metrology India approved EAST-MAN positive displacement flow meter which is fitted with an inlet strainer, air eliminator and NRV .

Product is dispensed through the standard 8m x 25mm delivery hose winded on the Manual Hose Reel which terminates with a 1” dispensing Auto Shut Off nozzle and is stowed neatly in the Unit. The length of the Hose can be changed according to the customer’s requirement.

PTO Driven Mobile Fuel Dispensing Unit is a self contained fuel dispensing unit which has been designed to meet the needs of fuel distributors who’s customers require ‘Metered’ deliveries of fuel into plant equipment, building sites, generators, boats, green houses etc.

In this application, the tank truck (Diesel Bowser) must be pre fitted with P.T.O. (Power Take Off) system. This system is generally provided by the truck manufacturer to handle hydraulics or other power applications. 

If it is not fitted in the truck, then it is to be procured from the manufacturer or from the market in accordance of model or make of the truck. The supplied items are to be fitted by any skilled fabricator on the truck chassis in accordance with the guidelines share by the manufacturer.

Product quantity is accurately measured by a Legal Metrology India approved EAST-MAN positive displacement flow meter. These Meters are designed to work in harsh environment with sustained accuracy at negligible maintenance.

Product is dispensed through a 8m x 25mm delivery hose which terminates with a 1” dispensing Auto Shut Off Nozzle and is stowed neatly in the box.
