Eastern Automotive Machine Tools as a Fuel Dispenser Manufacturer in India was founded in 1965 in manufacturing spare parts of an existing dispensing pump (Petrol Pump Machine) operating in India under the brand name “EAST-MAN“. Since then, the company has been supplying products to all four major oil companies of India i. e. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. & Indo Burma Petroleum Co. Ltd. The company was further strengthened by setting up a new plant in 1985 and incorporated in 1993.

The plant has increased the capacity of production. In 2004 with spare capacity available, it further ventured into the field of oil/liquid measuring equipment and systems similar to its existing manufacturing products.
