Role and Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate CNC machines while ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards.
- Programming: Execute CNC Programming tasks and set up machines for operations as required.
- Multiple Roles: Work as a CNC Programmer, CNC Lathe Operator, CNC Operator, and Lathe Operator based on production needs.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and monitor machine performance to prevent downtime.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CNC operations or a similar role.
- Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to program and operate CNC machines.
- Experience in using CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Other Attributes:
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
