12V DC Digital Mobile Fuel Dispenser is a self contained, demountable fuel dispensing unit which has been designed to meet the needs of fuel distributors who’s customers require ‘Accurate Metered’ deliveries of fuel into plant equipment, building sites, mining sites, generators, boats, green houses etc.
Electronic Controller, Petroleum Metering Unit, Fuel Transfer Pump & Hose Reel fitted in Lockable Box. The compact mobile fuel dispenser comprises an 12V battery operated pump, positive displacement flow meter integrated with electronic controller, and hose reel & nozzle, which when required, can quickly be mounted in the back of a van, pick-up or drop side truck together with an IBC or small demountable tank and deployed for delivery.
A 12V/24V battery, which can be trickle charged from the vehicle charging system, provides power for the transfer pump, which pumps the fuel to the meter, is controlled by the Electronic Calculator which is Installed in the Panel of the Unit.
Product quantity is accurately measured by a Legal Metrology India WEIGHTS & MEASURES approved EAST-MAN electronic flow meter which is fitted with an inlet strainer, air eliminator and NRV .
Fuel is dispensed through the standard 10m x 20mm delivery hose winded on the Self-retractable Hose Reel which terminates with a 1” dispensing AutoShut nozzle and is stowed neatly on a Nozzle Boot.
Digital Fuel Dispenser comes with ultra-modern computer technology, security and dedicated control processor, with high-level accuracy flow meter. It has benefits of high accuracy, ample function, high reliability, easy to operate and maintain. These fuel dispensers are strictly checked on various quality assurance parameters, in order to ensure a error free range.
